Because there's nothing nicer in the world, when it's aperitif time, than to enjoy a dozen oysters, still trembling under the knife, with a large, chilled glass of this "Lys blanc 2007". At this moment - and this moment alone - the happy few have the unique feeling of being on a little cloud, close to God. This Lys creates some astonishing associations between midday and sitting down to lunch. That's when you should drink it. It's a divine aperitif, dry and delicately perfumed, that adds a touch of magic to seafood... And fish.
