Characteristics of the wine and vinification

Nothing smells nicer in summer than a piece of grilled meat seared on the embers, and on which the cook has casually thrown a few pinches of scented herbs. And yet, the question we always ask is what to drink with such a succulent meal? If you like only rosé in summer, you have the answer: Lys Ros?; but you may prefer a good red wine than can be enjoyed at ambient temperature or slightly chilled, in which case, try Le Lys red. It's delightfully fresh and goes superbly with any grilled meat (red or white). It also enhances a nice, plump duck breast, a simple sausage or a lovely slice of streaky bacon.

And as the 2008 releases red berry and blackcurrant flavours, you always feel you're on holiday when you drink it.
