Characteristics of the wine and vinification

This lovely wine was named by the Buzet Winemakers to celebrate the return of the vineyards to the Baïse hills after the phylloxera tragedy that destroyed everything between 1860 and 1890. Like the Phoenix rising from its ashes, Buzet wine rediscovered and even exceeded the quality of the wines of the past.
