Like its cousin the red, this rosé has been made according to old vinification methods. Following tradition! Here too, the winemakers wanted to rediscover the taste of the "summer wines" that their ancestors made so well. And they reinvented this ros?, which was enjoyed at the old celebrations where people played skittles and belote under the arbour, or "p?tanque" in the shade of the great oak tree, and teased the girls.
The 2005 is deliberately clear. But it concentrates so many aromas and tastes that you have to ask yourself how it's possible to find strawberries, blackcurrant and red berries in a single glass. And it's so fresh and elegant, such a joy to drink. And yet...!
